   Hello,
   I saw an extrange bug with the field "Title" and the URL.

   Steps for replicate the issue:

   1) wp-admin/post-new.php

   Please, try add as title: ¿¿¿Ñandú está de cazería???

   2) Click on Publish.
   3) You can see the wrong URL that appear:

   http://razeus.wordpress.com/

   BUG http://razeus.wordpress.com/2007/11/05/%c2%bf%c2%bf%c2%bfnandu-a-la-cazeria/

   It should be http://razeus.wordpress.com/2007/11/05/nandu-a-la-cazeria/

   In others servers with this wrong URL, the system can not access, it said "Sorry, no posts matched your criteria."

   Hi,
   The issue can be replicated by yourself.

   Can you create a new post with "¿¿¿Ñandú está de cazería???" as Title?

   I have detect this issue in several servers even in my localhost.
