bug with some tool icons not showing in WordPress 3.6

    I’m running the Beta 3 version of WP 3.6 and a few of the tool icons are not showing in the editor. They were working up until the Beta 3 release, which also changed the font/look of the tool icons in the text editor tool bars. They are there, just not displayed. And they still work when clicked. When I hover over their spot, I see an empty box and a pop up that tells me what they are. The affected tool icons that I am using are:
    Anchor
    Advanced HR
    NBSP
    Emoticons
    Superscript
    Subscript
    Also, the font background color sort of displays, but only as an underline.
    This is the best plugin ever and I recommend it to every client and won’t install a site without it. I’m sure you have your hands full with changes to 3.6 and appreciate all of your hard work to make this plugin available.

    Thanks for the bug report 🙂

    These icons are in wp-includes/js/tinymce/themes/advanced/img/icons.gif and the css for them is in wp-includes/css/editor.css. Don’t think there were any changes in 3.6 that would make them disappear. In any case I’ll be releasing a new version to go with WordPress 3.6 and fix this if I’m able to reproduce.

    Thank you so much for your reply, Andrew. I had already done a backup to the most recent version of the MP6 plugin, and that didn’t help.

    I just did an update of the WP beta version, to 3.6-beta4-24620.
    Looks like all of the icons are back. So, must have been something in the core.

    Glad you won’t have to fix anything with your plugin!! It’s super and I recommend it all the time.

    Ah, that is the reason: MP6 replaces the default TinyMCE icons with an icon font, but doesn’t handle the icons for non-default buttons properly (the path to the gif file is incorrect). I’m sure this will be fixed soon.
