HMS Testimonials
[resolved] Bug with Non-Required Custom Fields (5 posts)

Unfortunately I ran into another issue:

I have about 100 testimonials where I want to group some of them. As soon as I try to edit one of them it won't let me save it and throws the message that the e-mail (custom field) is required. But this field isn't required in the settings.

I tried to re-save this field but still...any idea how I can fix this?

    Many thanks in advance

Can you post or send me a screenshot of your custom fields page?

    Hi Jeff,

    this is the overview: https://www.diigo.com/item/image/10o4x/245a?size=o

and this is the edit page where it throws the message: https://www.diigo.com/item/image/10o4x/y1ex?size=o

Hope that helps. If there is anything else I can do to help you please let me know.

    Thanks a lot

    Hey Joe,

I found the bug and fixed it. I just pushed the update to WordPress (v 2.1.3).

    Thanks,
    Jeff
