[resolved] Bug: Start Date not 'sticking' when entering a multi-day event (7 posts)

    Short version:

If I want to select a multi-day event, when I select the second date, the first one reverts back to the current date.

    Screenshot: http://cl.ly/image/1S3O3O3t2a0w

    Steps to repeat:

    1. Add a new event.
    2. The date in date picker will be today's date
    3. Select a date sometime in the future as the Start Date
    4. Select a date sometime after that for the End Date.
    5. The Start Date will revert back to today's date. ie: it will not 'stick' the date you selected for it.

    Setup Details:

WP 3.5-RC3, Events Calendar version 2.0.10, latest versions of Chrome, FF and Safari.

Quick update — seems to be in conflict with Custom Field Suite (http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/custom-field-suite/). Date picker works fine when I disable CFS.

I'll contact @logikal16 and see what he thinks.

This issue was fixed by upgrading UI Timepicker for CFS.

Thanks for the follow-up here, logikal16, and for confirming this. Sounds like we're all set here now, right saltcod? Going to mark it Resolved accordingly but please let me know if I've done so in error.

Otherwise, thanks for your support and for using The Events Calendar. Please let us know what else we can do in the future.

Fantastic. Glad to be of service; thanks for your support and for using The Events Calendar. If you ever find yourself with a few free minutes and wouldn't mind giving us a "Works" rating or a positive review here on dot-org...it'd mean a lot to our team. Cheers and thanks again.
