• Is this the best place to post a bug report? Hope so.
My WP site is an import of what began as a Manila site. I happened to notice that this page (static html generated from Manila) doesn’t display properly in its WP incarnation.
The post textform cuts off abruptly mid-code with something like this:
    <font color=
Looking at the source for the static page in BBEdit, I see that the post contents run approx 90639 characters (it’s approx b/c I tried to lop off stuff surrounding the body of the post, so char count varies a bit).
Is this a problem with an insufficient upper space limit for the wp_post table, field post_content?
(this is my 2nd foray into phpmyadmin… I have gingerly looked at the field using the “change” command/link/thingie, and the Length/Values entry box is blank.)
    So.. three questions:

    1. Do you think my assessment of the cause of this problem is correct?
    2. What is the standard default for length for a post?
    3. What number would you recommend I enter to increase it? (i.e, is database looking for #bytes vs. #characters or some other non-obvious thing to a phpmyadmin/mysql utter newbie)

    Thanks!
