   When I add a link with the 'Alt-Shift-A' keyboard shortcut, it brings up the old javascript popup dialog box for the url over top of the newer in-page dialog box. And the JS dialog box doesn't even work: it doesn't capture the url even if you try.

   Please eliminate the JS popup so that this keyboard shortcut works properly.

   Try rerunning the upgrade. It sounds like yours may be incomplete. You may need to do it manually.
