Lines around edge of circles

The lines appear at the edge of the circles on rollover (straight lines at 4 points of the circles) only on Mac system running Safari. I am unable to reproduce the error on my Windows system in any browser.

Any suggestions on how to rectify the problem?

There is some CSS code inserted which declares the rules for certain browsers in this case mac / safari. Can you give your website URL so people can take a look 🙂

It only happens where there are circles generated by the theme, so on the index page or Downloads page. From what I gather, (I am not a coder or developer), they are constructed using a table.

Also when rolling over the menu area on a Mac, the 3rd circle on the front page flashes.

I’m having the same problem on my PC with Firefox. The lines never used to be there, suddenly they are. They are on the left side of the image’s table cell and are disappearing and reappearing randomly.
