   I created a new content type, "Side panels", and added an entry, but as you can see it's not displaying in the list of side panel content types.

   Any idea? I've tried any setting/option I can think of with the plugin.

   When you say "added an entry", do you mean that you have created a post in your new post type? In other words, have you created one or more "Side panels"?

   If this is a bug, please file it in the bug tracker. Thanks!

   Yep, that is correct. I've created a "side panels" item. Which I can still go and edit if I use the URL direct to the editing screen for that item, so it is saved into the DB.
