[bug] incorrect url in Stats: (dashboard)

The link “Stats: (dashboard)” on the index.php?page=stats is not correct if the “WordPress address (URL)” is not the same as “Site address (URL)”

eg if my wp installation is at http://www.myblog.com/wordpress
but I’ve set my Site address to be http://www.myblog.com/ the link “Stats: (dashboard)” will incorrectly point to http://www.myblog.com/wp-admin instead of the correct http://www.myblog.com/wordpress/wp-admin
