Happen to one of my site too (http://www.goblogger.net). If I don’t edit comments, the link will stay intact. If I edit my comment, the link vanishes. I have to write it again.
I have same problem in my WordPress blog.
Yes, you won’t be able to edit it successfully until the next release happens or you apply the patch yourself manually.

I’ve noticed this bug on two sites I’ve just upgraded to 2.8.2. Basically, when clicking Edit for a comment on the Edit Comments page (wp-admin/edit-comments.php), the edit page shows a blank for the url field.
