   When i add a new wp user, i get the error below. The user is still created, but still should not be happening. An obvious bug in wordpress.

   Invalid address: Enter your admin email hereYou must provide at least one recipient email address.
   Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/username/public_html/dev/wp-includes/class-phpmailer.php:464) in /home/username/public_html/dev/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 934

   An obvious bug in wordpress

   nope
   maybe a plugin conflict
   deactivate all - then test

   perhaps a theme issue
   switch to twenty eleven and test

   yeah tried all of that.

   happens on all of my installs. Hopefully fixed in next version of wordpress.
