After uploading a file (in this case a png file)you cannot delete it permanently. i get this warning :

Are you sure you want to do this?

    Please try again.

    Thats it

I'm getting the same error message. Not sure what the problem is, though it's quite frustrating.

Perhaps it's a lack of sufficient permissions on the directory used to hold the uploaded images until they are approved? Once the image is approved I'm able to delete it from the media library, just not before.
    Any suggestions?

Upon further investigation it seems the problem has to do with a nonce check failure (read here)

As a workaround, the longer (but better for many files) route works: check the select boxes for file(s) wanting to delete -> bulk actions -> delete permanently -> apply

While this option works, this bug makes the plugin hardly usable for client sites. Very very frustrating.

I assume this is a problem with the code? Seems such a basic functionality shouldn't have any problems.

Okay, that's great. I can use it on my sites. Thanks for informing.
