   I've just started using WordPress and Bueno for my site a few days ago so I know basically nothing about them.

   I somehow deleted my Bueno header template in the "editor" section and now when I visit my site it is completely stripped of any stylized anything. It's just words on a page (disamedia.com). I can't find the original info to put back into the header section to make the site look like something.

   Help??

   unless you have a copy of that theme locally on your computer, or in some backup files, you could try and download a fresh copy of the theme to your computer, unzip it, and upload only header.php into your theme location on the server (using ftp or cpanel).
