buddypress.css does not work

Hi,

i like this theme and use it more than a year. But it occured a few problems. First of all: on the theme-setting site the pull-down boxes aren’t working correct. The are to small an i have to scroll the content within the boxes. That´s very uncomfortable. Is there any idea how to fix this?

And the second: i can not style the buddypress-community sites (activity, profile etc. …) by buddypress.css . it seems, that all elements on this sites aren´t declared as #buddypress. Moving the buddypress.css to the theme i´ve tried already – without any effect.

What can i do?
