I've got WP installed in a /directory with the index.php file in the root of my server. Then I installed Buddypress and it's links are aiming at the domain.com/directory/... as opposed to just domain.com/...
Any ideas how I can fix this. I'm familiar with WP but this is my first time using BP. So I'm a bit ignorant to it at this point.

They are allowed, but you get better response at buddypress.org :)
In my experience, BuddyPress doesn't like the whole 'WordPress in its own directory' thing.
Thanks for the quick response. Maybe I'll just move it all back to the root. Though if anyone else has a solution for this I'm open to suggestions. :)
I did a quick scan of bp.org forums and it doesn't look like anyone found a quick fix.
