• Hoping to get some urgent help. I have spent hours developing http://www.worldjourneys.com.au. I just attempted to add the Buddypress plug-in and now only receiving the following message when I attempt to log in, either through admin or just bring up the site.

Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_blog_option() in /home6/worldjo1/public_html/wp-content/plugins/buddypress/bp-core.php on line 421

    Please urgently help!

  • delete the plugin from your wp-content/plugins/ directory.

I’ve experienced this same problem before, and deleting the plugin’s folder from my plugin directory solves the problem.

However, every time I attempt to active the plugin to my WordPress blog, an identical error message comes up. I believe that I’m having problems with ‘line 421’ as well.

    How can I fix this?

    Hi,

Error shows that there is an error with the buddypress plugin in your blog. Hence, remove it and also remove its code from htaccess after that have a check with the blog.

    Thanks,

    Shane G.
