I want to do this:
Portal and main site = WordPress
Forums = PhpBB
Community options = Buddypress
Is this posible?

Sure, install WP 3.0.1 in domain root. Create a Network, i.e. make WP install multisite, and install BuddyPress in secondary blog.
As for phpBB, there is a WP plugin for user integration in both platforms. None that I know of bridges phpBB with WP and BuddyPress. BP has it's own internal forums - bbPress. See BP forums set in this page
