Buddypress FollowMe is now Buddypress Follow

Hi all :),

I was decide to pull out the plugin and contribute to the main plugin
buddypress-follow (http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/buddypress-followers/).

Buddypress FollowMe was just a fork of Buddypress Follow.
Buddypress FollowMe was created because the main plugin wasn’t updated since 2 years. Now, the main plugin is Updated to the last version of Buddypress (v1.7).

I invite all users of Buddypress FollowMe to use Buddypress Follow plugin http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/buddypress-followers/.
