BuddyPress and Mystique theme

    When I activate the BuddyPress plugin on the Mystique theme, my homepage sidebar extends (to become larger). When I go to change it in the admin area, it does not apply. This only happens on the homepage, not any other pages. Any ideas? Thanks.
