I installed on my site http://www.uglintesa.it the plugin BuddyPress and then I installed as suggested BuddyPress Template Pack.
I think that some functions are not active anyway, especially with regard to the operation of the forum.
Can you tell me if the theme Atahualpa(3.5.3) is compatible with BuddyPress and how to adapt?

After installing BP Template Pack plugin, you go through the process - http://codex.buddypress.org/theme-development/wordpress-to-buddypress-theme/

If you need further assistance to make your theme compatible with BP, log in using same password and username you used here and post at our forums - http://buddypress.org/community/groups/how-to-and-troubleshooting/forum/
