    Hi All

Its my first post on this site so sorry if I am in the wrong section.

The admin bar (the bar at the top with all the links to my account, dashboard and notifications) in Buddypress on the Jooc theme doesn’t seem to appear and it never appeared from the start but it does appear in the wp-admin section just not on any of the pages. I have tried changing the css and editing the remove actions in functions.php but havn’t got it work. Any help would be greatly appreciated in trying to get the admin bar to appear for this theme.

    Thanks

P.S I know the basics but not an expert coder person

P.P.S Maybe a silly idea but was thinking about putting some kind of add admin bar function into bp-custom.php, not sure how to do that, and will that override the remove admin bar functions in the theme?

Change to bp-default theme, big probability is that your theme's the problem.

randomdude did you ever find a solution to this and make the admin bar display at the top of page?

@anadarkokid make sure that your active theme has <?php wp_footer(); ?> in footer.php just before closing </body></html>
