Wasn't happy with the default WP widgets so I set out to create an alternative. I usually use the Widgets still for blog related content, but for user generated content I use my Buckets plugin.
It's meant to be used with the Advanced Custom Fields plugin. It will work without but it's functionality is limited.

Here's the files for testing. I included a dump of my ACF fields so you can see what I've done. I also included some quick documentation and an extremely basic theme to see the code I use to output the Buckets.
