Browsing uploads–No previews or text

I have a problem on one of my sites were the upload previews and headings do not display (when browsing my upload files via wordpress). I’ve already tried deactivating all my plugins, but that didn’t solve anything.

It makes it virtually impossible to navigate my uploads.

Any tips to get this working will be great.
