My homepage is coming out fine but the rest of the pages have the reverse order for the title in the browser or tab window. Where can I fix this?

This is just based on a very quick glance at your site, but you may need to contact your theme developer and have them modify the title in your themes header.php file. The "title | page" separator (or space) also seems to missing.

I developed the theme as a child theme and that's what I'm looking for-what to change the php too. I did it once before in functions.php, but for the life of me I can't remember and it's hard to google.

I think I would start by taking a look in the header.php file (or functions.php if that's where you believe you placed it) and see what wp_title looks like. Then you could probably customize or repair it as needed by using the information in Function Reference/wp title as a guide.
