No, WordPress is only a blogging platform. You can use it to post news about browser-based games, but you can't use it to produce browser-based games.

Mac would you know if there is such a program or would I have to build it from the ground up?

Well, you can use Flash to build the games, and then maybe a complex CMS to host them. I'm not an expert on the subject. You may want to talk to the webmaster at Arcade Rival.

[[Edit: Ok, so he doesn't post his email address. In that case, you can send him a private message at the A Small Orange forums.]]

I was involved with the two arcade mods for phpBB for some time, and am acutely aware of what game makers allow their games to be used/played/posted on websites other than their own.

Not sure why you recommended arcaderival -- he/she/they are linking to quite a few games that I am fairly confident they have no permission to use. One of them is a mausland game -- mausland charges upwards of 2K a game for ANY use on other websites. There is atleast one miniclip game -- thats another no-no. The games are linked off another site, of course, but that doesnt make what he is doing any more reputable.

I realize this has little to do with his original question but it bears noting, since you suggested contacting him.

jamesgraham2k1, i visited your site, and like what youve done so far with the games you have. I was also pleased to see that you limited yourself to non-commercial games. You might want to check out Paul Neave's site at http://www.neave.com/games/ he has some great games that are free to use on any sites.

    Have fun :)

Not sure why you recommended Arcade Rival.

I recommended it because I know the webmaster.

Just thought I'd clear some things up (I'm the owner of ArcadeRival).

I don't link any games off other websites, all content is hosted by us, we don't hotlink from other people and we don't let other people hotlink us.

http://www.miniclip.com/Downloads.htm - Ever noticed that page, in the past there have also been games on there that are no-longer on there (They allow people to use the games because it is also advertising for them)?

The mausland webmasters link is currently down so I can't check to see what their T&C is, I'll verify it once it comes back online though, I'll be honest... I don't have a clue about their games, I was given a pack full of SWF's so I used them, They have their name at the start so it's sort-of advertising. But as I said I'll check up on it.

Sorry for posting so off-topic, but I don't see the need in you putting my site down.

    (P.S. Thanks MacManX)
