  • Sorry to hear about this broken image. This is part of the “opt-in data collection” which I assume you turned on at some point. You can turn off the opt-in in the YARPP settings page if you want that to go away. Thanks!

    I also see a broken image that points to http://yarpp.org/pixels/4e2847eadca28f4d318b7f93ec2174d9.

    I don’t see “opt-in-data collection” in my settings to turn off. Is this the problem?

    PatRuppel, here’s how you can disable it;

    1. Login to your site
    2. Navigate to Settings then YARRP
    3. Look for the “Help improve YARRP” box
    4. Uncheck “Send settings and usage…” box
    5. Save your changes

    Got it Matt – fixed it. Thank you. I have a few more questions with regard to YARRP, please, if you don’t mind.

    1. You mentioned that there may be problems with DISQUS. I couldn’t find the advanced settings in the plugin where you suggest to go to “Check this if you have a problem with comment counts not showing on permalinks”. I deleted the DISQUS plugin. Can I restore that plugin and find the advanced settings you’re talking about in order to check this?

    2. When I’m in the YARRP setting and click on a contact link on the right it takes me to a “This Page Can’t Be Displayed”. Is there a problem? Windows Network Diagnostics could not detect any problems.

    3. On regenerating thumbnails – I installed the plugin. If I batch or bulk regenerate thumbnails on all my media pictures, does this resize the pictures in all my posts?

    Thank you. I appreciate your help with resolving my original issue and added assistance for the other questions.

    Same here (broken image) – fixed by turning off ‘opt-in data collection’.
