    Hi Terry,

    Please let me know:

    – which wordpress version you have
    – which version of PHP
    – what other WordPress plugins you have installed
    – which operating system your server is running on

Also, if possible, please use the contact form on my website (www.mihaivalentin.com) to provide me with an account on your WordPress blog so I can try to find a way to fix this issue.

    Thanks,
    Mihai.

    – which wordpress version you have: 3.5.1
    – which version of PHP: 5.4.13
    – what other WordPress plugins you have installed: Busy site, many
    – which operating system your server is running on: cPanel / Linux

    Apache version 2.2.24
    MySQL version 5.1.68-cll
    Architecture x86_64

The thumbs (which do not show) have a URL like below:

    http://********************/wp-content/plugins/image-pro-wordpress-image-media-management-and-resizing-done-right/src/thumb/phpThumb.php?src=/wp-content/uploads/2013/04/banner7.jpg&w=80&h=60&q=95

On a very busy site and just not willing to give admin access to people I do not know / have never dealt with.

At this point will deactivate and try it again as progresses. Damn great plugin for sure, love to see to working.

    Thanks!

    Hi Terry,

Could you please also check the PHP error log right after you go to the full image url, then paste some of it here, or if not here, on my contact form in my website (www.mihaivalentin.com).

Perhaps the problem is the thumbnail generator, and the error log should be helpful.

    Thanks,
    Mihai.

Minification plugins (like WP-Minify) were interfering with the thumbs jpeg output and trimmed the lines in the files, resulting in invalid files, which were not displayed.

This issue is not fixed, so please update Image Pro and make sure you remove all folders under /wp-plugins/image-pro…/src/thumb/cache/*.
