I have recently purchased a WordPress theme from a website. Upon trying to upload the template i received an error which states:

Warning: fread(): supplied argument is not a valid stream resource in /home/juvraj/public_html/wordpress/wp-includes/functions.php on line 4287
Warning: fclose(): supplied argument is not a valid stream resource in /home/juvraj/public_html/wordpress/wp-includes/functions.php on line 4290
Also after installing the template it says Broken Theme.
