Broken theme??

I just downloaded inove and then it said i should upgrade to 1.4.6 and when i did the whole thing just broke down. I tried redownloading both the 1.4.6 and the original one i had before but it still says its missing a style sheet and template. How can i make it work again? if i cant make it work, then how can i remove that notice at the bottom because it gets annoying.
