• Had everything working nice, but now new posts are not showing up in newsreaders and when I click on the RSS feed I get an error message:

Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/.iconium/msky/proudliberal.thinkingpeace.com/wp-includes/functions-formatting.php:833) in /home/.iconium/msky/proudliberal.thinkingpeace.com/wp-admin/post.php on line 1426

    WordPress 1.2.1

Opened up post.php, looked at line 1426, and realized I’m a newbie know-nothing. Help, and thanks….

Thanks for the link, it pointed to several pages that had a couple extra lines. then it pointed to:

    wp-blog-header.php:1067

I went and removed the same two lines, saved and uploaded, but it just keeps sending me the same message.

Actually, just checked and my last comment showed up in my newsreader. But I still get error messages when trying to create a feed, different messages from three different browsers.

Firefox is still pointing to wp-blog-header.php:1067

Explorer says my channel and rss tags aren’t closed in wp-rss2.php. In fact, those closing tags were below the closing ?>, so I removed them. When I put them back, my text editor highlights all sorts of unhappy code. Starting to feel pretty tangled.

Can I just find a virgin wp-rss2.php and copy it over?

Duh, just realized that the fact that the recent comments showed up in my newsreader has nothing to do with my problem. Time to dump and reinstall?
