   I'm trying to open http://www.switchwine.com.au/wp-admin/install.php to complete a WordPress installation and the link is broken.

   Can any one see why this wouldn't be working? The instalation was done using Fantastico and all the required files are in public_html

   Suggest you delete the installation and reinstall.
