I used http://www.xml-sitemaps.com/ to produce me a sitemap and at the end it also shows me any broken links I have on my website (if you donate).
It reports that I have 137 broken links. I couldn't believe this as I check them all carefully however when I looked at them they are all pointing to the same file but the path before that is different.

    For example
    http://www.codbo.co.uk/tag/new-map-pack/ points to http://www.codbo.co.uk/tag/new-map-pack/function.file-get-contents

    &

    http://www.codbo.co.uk/tag/ascension-zombie-map/ points to
    http://www.codbo.co.uk/tag/ascension-zombie-map/function.file-get-contents

    What is function.file-get-contents?
Why do catergory and tag pages point to it?

It seems to be looking for the function.file-get-contents file in nearly all directories, yet if I do to the page I cannot find a link pointing to it.

It appears function.file-get-contents is something to do with the Digg Digg plugin which is starting to make sense.
When I scroll through my posts and I can see a preview of the first block of text it always says 0Digg0Digg at the start of the text.
If you click on the post that 0Digg0Digg chances to FB like and twitter icons.
Somehow the robots are seeing 0digg0digg as some kind of link to a path that doesn't exist.
I will have a look at the Digg Digg plugin tonight to see if I can modify if not I will just remove it and replace it with something that doesn't cause a broken link issue.
