Broken Feed

Hello

My site feed is not working. Please check the URL:http://www.todocanada.ca/feed/

The error i get is ” XML Parsing Error: XML or text declaration not at start of entity Location: http://www.todocanada.ca/feed/
Line Number 4, Column 1:<?xml version=”1.0″ encoding=”UTF-8″?>”

I checked the php files for blank lines and didn’t find any. I have also installed a number of plugins to fix this such as 1. “Fix Rss Feeds” 2.”RSS Image Feed ” 3. ” SuperRSS by Leo Balter” and 4.”Broken Rss Feed Fixer”. Nothing seems to fix the feed problem at http://www.todocanada.ca/feed/.

Broken Rss Feed Fixer plugin created an http://www.todocanada.ca/rss.xml but it didn’t update all the posts in the xml file. It also doesnt show the posts by post date.

Can anyone help me with this.
1. How to fix my feed problem ?
2. If the 1 is not possible how to fix the rss.xml created by “Broken Rss Feed Fixer” plugin to show all the posts feed and by post date in order.
