   I was fiddling with the settings on my blog, trying to make it so that the page titled 'blog' was the 'home' page and displayed the latest posts.
   My blog is in a subdirectory of my site- http://www.alexlowephotography.co.uk/blog/

   and I was fiddling with the settings as it didn't go straight to the blog page. It went to another hidden home page which there seemed to be no way of linking back to or renaming 'blog'

   Anyway. If you check out my site you will see how it looks currently and there is no way of me logging into dashboard and rectifying the situation.

   I looked on the forum and found this similar thread: http://wordpress.org/support/topic/please-help-i-broken-blog-mistakenly-changed-the-wordpress-address-in-admin?replies=4

   But I have no PHPMyAdmin option on my hosting.

   Is there another way I can fix this please?

   Did you change the site urls in Settings -> General? If so see Changing_The_Site_URL.
