Broken as of Last Week-'Error 15'

    I have been using this backup plugin exclusively on all my client’s sites (over 20). Working on a new client site the last few weeks and ran a successful BU last week. However, beginning 1st of [this] month I was no longer able to do backups. I get an “error 15 sent to script” box. All forum posts that mention this error are not resolved and mostly blame the hosts. Ultimately went back to xcloner which I used to use all the time before I switched to BackWPup. Too bad.

    Hello mjrtilley,

    “error 15 sent to script” means that a person or an other server programm has send a termination request to the BackWPup Backup Script. The Backup Script follows this termination request and restarts after termination.

    You can under BackWPup > Settings > Tab: Jobs set the Maximum script execution time to the value of php maximum execution time. Than the Backup script will hopefully restarted bevore the error 15 cames up.

    I think you are mistaken. I tried increasing the timeout, to 300 but the same error occurs. Also, I have another site on the same host and it does not receive the error, but is running a slightly older version of wordpress.
