After the recent upgrade to the plugin, no checkboxes work (they just don't show up at all), captcha always says they have entered the wrong code), and I can't add any fields.
It took forever to set up my form, and now I am looking at having to start all over again with a new plugin.

When you activate the new version it should have explained to you what is going on with the checkboxes. You need to attach field options to checkboxes. Please fill out a bug report about the captcha.

Just activating the new version did not show the message. I had to then deactivate it again and reactivate to get the message.
