   Many plugins have broken url and also broken address for plugin pack.

   it's simple, check the address allways.

   Begin with http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/akismet/ >>> http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/akismet/akismet.zip >>> 404...

   also check http://akismet.com/download/ and try to download...
