    Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

    Could you please confirm if the older version of Smart Manager [i.e. older than v3.8] was working without any issues on your site.

    Also, if possible could you please try to reproduce the issue by keeping only WooCommerce and Smart Manager plugins active on your site.

    If still the issue persists, could you please contact your server administrator and help us with the server error log along with your site url and FTP credentials of your site and mails us the same details at ‘support@storeapps.org’ so that we can investigate and resolve the issue asap.
