After jumping through the hoops of disconnecting all plugins and changing to a stock wordpress theme it has been proved that this plugin is creating load problems with my websites. Can’t blame it on anything else without anything else activated.
Yes, multiple sites of mine with the same issue from this plugin..
I used to love this plugin.

Do not waste your time here like I have for the last week.

Since we could not reproduce the issue you faced on our end… and since you too could also not reproduce the issue consistently, it’s been extremely hard to do release a “fix” as we haven’t narrowed down to what may be wrong.
