[resolved] Broke website trying to exclude pages - help? (3 posts)

    I tried to not have 600 pages showing up in tabs (an absolutely silly thing to not include in the software imo) and I was following this guidance:
    http://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/wp_list_pages#Exclude_Pages_from_List

    Now, my website is completely down and non-functional and I cannot get it back up. Indeed, if I were to log out now I wouldn't even be able to get back to even attempt to fix it.

    I just won't close the editor page until this is figured out I guess.
    Here is where I made the change and what it looks like now:

    Theme Functions (functions.php)
    $menu .= str_replace( array( "\r", "\n", "\t" ), '', $options['top_category_menu']? wp_list_categories($list_args) : wp_list_pages($list_args));

    if ( $menu )
    $menu = '<div class="' . esc_attr($args['menu_class']) . '">' . '

      ' . $menu . '
    ' . '</div>';

    As far as I can tell it has been put back to exactly how it was before I tried changing it. But clearly something got messed up.

    Please help me I'm desperate here!
    Thanks!

    Crap. Now I don't even have access to the editor.

    Does this mean my website is now dead and gone forever, just like that?

    Resolved from help elsewhere.
    Cheers!
