Brief description under definition with "read more"

Hi, first of all cool plugin, been searching for something like this for quite some time.

Just have a query for the time being.
i’m currently using [glossary_atoz] short code to list all terms alphabetically with the alphabet lettering on top.
What i’d like to do is have a brief description of a specific term with a “Read more about [Title]” tag at the end.

I think this would be a useful features as some definitions get pretty detailed however some users may not want to read to get the full article to “get the picture” per se.

Any hints as to how i can achieve this ?
