I'm trying to use this pugin with my wordpress:

When i upload it, and then go to the admin panel and click on 'Active', it does absolutely nothing. I can't install it at all.
My php version:
5.27
Mysql version:
5.1.30
Wordpress version:
2.7
SMF version (if neccessary):
1.1.7
So, can anyone help me out here ?
