  • Can you provide more details?

Leaving a 1 star review without seeking support helps nobody, don’t you think?

As I said, it’s been mentioned in support threads before and you’ve never addressed it. So no, I didn’t feel a need to mention it again.

If you look at previous issues they are pretty old, like a year old and since then I have released a rewrite of the plugin which has a different architecture and works a ton better than earlier architecture without causing the issues that were reported earlier.

Now assuming you have used the recent/latest version of the plugin since your review is only a week old, your problem can’t be related to the earlier reported issues but I understand you may not realize there has been new versions out since then which has fixed those issues.

So here I am again, willing to offer you free support for a free plugin, if you ARE willing to provide details on the issue you are facing.

I used the new version and the issue persisted, so it’s not resolved in the updated code. I’ve already found another solution and am no longer using your plugin, so I don’t need to troubleshoot it.

Ashfame you had not answered threads that were a year old. I assumed you were no longer checking and so no reason to post a support issue that wouldn’t be answered, especially when threads already existed that hadn’t been addressed. I stand by my rating.
