Hi, I’d like to implement this change but I’m not sure if I’m proficient enough to do so. I can follow any instructions but I’ll probably need the code to implement.

Right now I’m setting up my blog locally to get it looking right and I’m using a theme called presswork. The entire center of the page from top to bottom has a white background for the text, widgets, and links to sit on for contrast.

What I would like to know is if there is any way to break these apart, each with their own header so that my background can be seen in between each section. Say if there’s 3 widgets, even if they sit right on top of one another, I’d like to have them broken down and framed to add some more contrast and focus points to the page. Same thing for the center block, maybe a break between the post and the comments section.

Maybe there’s a theme that already has this implemented. I’m totally ok with switching to another theme, I’m really only using presswork because it seemed to have the most options for editing that didn’t require me to code much

Thank you all for any help you can offer!
