I am creating a new theme but i am having problems with the comments section. The comments are too with , and should break after they reach length x and then continue on a new line

How could i fix this problem?

Words usually wrap at a space, but your test comments don't have any. Try copying and pasting in some normal text instead.
And remember to set your permalinks:
