toritaiyoupgraded to 3.2.1 and quickly noticed when editing pages that the publish and visibility panel was acting buggy. When I would click "edit" to change the visibility settings or the publish date the "edit" link would disappear.

and it mentioned that it was probably a plugin issue. After disabling all and re-enabling them one at a time the offender is BuddyPress Template plugin. I upgraded it to the latest version but this did not help.
