Box not appearing on SOME posts after upgrade

Hi,

This has been a great plugin, but for some reason the author box is no longer showing up on SOME posts. It doesn’t seem to have anything to do with the specific author, and I cannot see anything in the post that would differentiate one from the other. Som author’s boxes show up in some posts and not in others. It is always the same posts with the same display or non-display.

I noticed this just after the upgrade to 1.0.4 . I will say with a high certainty that was not happening with the prior version.
