bought template and cant add menu items

hi,

im so new to wordpress and after 2 days of trying to get a navigation menu on the site i finally ask for help as wordpress is not easy at all and im stuck on something so easy.

well, i got the dellifolios template and get 0 support.
maybe if i show the ‘header code’ someone can tell me how to use the admin panel to add menu items?
