   When I post an article written in Bosnian language on my wordpress blog, letters "break down."

   For example, our letters look like this: č, đ, š, ž, ć... So when I post them on my wordpress blog, they look something like this #%&... they break down.

   Is this an issue with my server, or is this an issue with WordPress? If this is an issue with WordPress, is there any plugins that can solve this problem?

   Pasha moj, pomažem ti samo zbog user name. Pročitaj drugi put malo po forumu http://wordpress.org/search/%C5%A1?documentation=1&forums=1

   1) Open wp-config.php;
   2) Find:

   define('DB_CHARSET', 'utf8');
   define('DB_COLLATE', '');

   3) Change it to:

   /*define('DB_CHARSET', 'utf8');
   define('DB_COLLATE', '');*/
