Bootstrap v3 or v2.2.1?

This plugin is advertised on the “Screenshots” as “Page Layout Builder Plugin is powered by Bootstrap 3…”, but upon examination, it appears to be v2.2.1. This is also true for the demo at: http://wpeden.com/minimax-demo/.

Please clarify if this is a misunderstanding.
